Our office marshalls all assets of an estate, including but not limited to real property, personal property, life insurance policies, unclaimed property with the state and any other assets that would benefit the estate. Within the administration of the estate our office files inheritance tax returns and determines the heirs and their rightful distribution of estate assets. Ultimately all heirs of the estate will be provided notice and an opportunity to be heard in Court with regard to the administration of the estate.
